Starbuck is a hilarious French-subtitled comedy that had a short theatre life here in Atlanta but its available online, DVD, and Blu-Ray. The movie is about a man named David Wozniak, an underachieving 40 year-old who’s on-and-off girlfriend just announced her pregnancy. If that wasn’t enough of a surprise, our slacker receives other life-changing news: 142 people, all of them the result of artificial insemination, have filed a class action lawsuit against him, their biological father. Even with subtitles, this is one of the funniest movies we’ve seen this year. Look for the full review in issue No. 5 of The Peach Review®.
