“Put on Your Wings and Release Your Inner Butterfly”
On June 22, 2013 at 8pm at Future Vision (1212 Fowler St), April Smith, Founder of Butterfly Cosmetics is debuting her new high-end woman’s clothing line called Laschon Kouture. The Laschon Kouture summer collection consists of cover-ups, tops, bottoms, dresses and of course swimsuits! The cover-ups, tops and bottoms are ideal for the woman who wants to look chic while grabbing a bite to eat after a day on the beach. Laschon Kouture’s chiffon summer dresses are for the woman who wants to look and feel sexy yet sophisticated on a summer night out on the town. Laschon Kouture’s custom-fitted one-piece and bikini swimsuits are made of organza material and come in an array of colors from vivid rainbow to bold metallic. The uniqueness of Laschon Kouture’s premiere line is that all pieces are custom-fitted (ranging in sizes 0-14) to compliment a woman’s curves and swerves.
The Laschon Kouture fashion show will be presented in two (2) scenes with a “must see” grand finale. Guests are sure to be WOWED and AMAZED by the hand-crafted butterfly wings created and designed by an anonymous artist. A pair of 6’ x 4’ butterfly wings will be donned by ten (10) of our gorgeous swimsuit models as they float down the runway.
Jonna “NFL Wifey” Johnson is a celebrity model for the Laschon Kouture show, Queen Aftan Williams of The Gathered Lady will be our fashion blogger of the evening, Robin Justice Mobley will be announced as the face of Butterfly Cosmetics, and special invited guests include owners and buyers from various diverse Atlanta-Metro boutiques.
The Laschon Kouture fashion show’s title sponsor is Moda Imaging. Additional notable sponsors include CFOX Productions, Algernon Johnson of Sir Algernon and Markel’s Mobile Make-up.
Red carpet interviews are hosted by Elisa Fernandez and Dontee Ray from 6:00pm – 7:45pm. Guest interviews are hosted by Andre Scott immediately following the grand finale.
Special Guest tickets are $20 and VIP tickets are $40. Special Guest tickets are general admission. VIP tickets include stage seating for indoor show, reserved seating for outdoor show and access to VIP room with complimentary food and beverages. A portion of the ticket sales benefit JV Outreach. JV Outreach is a non-profit organization within the public school system whose mission is for every child to be afforded the opportunity to learn to dance.
