After a glowing year as the Nordic Spotify Spotlight Artist of 2016, multi-talented artist Sonny Alven kicks off 2017 with his new single “Your Touch” feat. Olivera. Due for release on January 20, “Your Touch” is anticipated to enjoy similar success to Sonny’s Norwegian Grammy-nominated breakthrough original “Our Youth.”
The track is led by Olivera’s vocal line, complemented by uplifting chords and a gentle bassline. It follows on from Sonny’s previous summer hit and Hypemachine no. 1 “California Girls.”
Having produced official remixes for the likes of Alesso, Tove Lo and Astrid S, Sonny also supported Kygo on his European tour. His streaming stats are impressive; in 2016 alone, 6.5 million Spotify listeners streamed 213 years worth of his music. With many more productions in the works and his tour schedule gathering pace, “Your Touch” is the first track from an upcoming EP to be released in March, and just the start of what is set to be an even more successful 2017 for Sonny Alven.
