Salata will open in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday, September 21, 2017, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening day celebration. Located in Atlantic Station, this will be the restaurant’s inaugural location in the Georgia market and the first of twenty Salata restaurants in the Greater Atlanta franchise portfolio for Henry Investment Group. Salata, the Houston-based fast-casual salad restaurant, serves fully customizable, tossed-to-order salads and wraps from a selection of more than 50 fresh and pure ingredients alongside signature soups and beverages on tap. This location is an extension of the health-focused lifestyle that stands as a cornerstone of the Salata brand.
Salata co-founders Berge Simonian and Tony Kyoumjian will be present with Chief Operating Officer, Iris Campos, as well as Molly Parrish-Darby, Executive Director of Bert’s Big Adventure. A cool 25% of the proceeds from the grand opening will benefit Bert’s Big Adventure, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families.
Salata’s ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening day mark the brand’s entryway into Georgia. The first fifty guests to arrive will receive a complimentary meal including a small salad or wrap and signature drink. Coupon and merchandise giveaways will take place throughout the day, and a raffle will be held for one lucky guest to dine at Salata for free for one year.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 21 at 10:30 am. Regular business hours to follow, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
