Warm weather is on its way, which means its time to head to the beach! Yebo Ski Haus will officially transform into Yebo Beach Haus, creating the ultimate pop- up destination in Atlanta. This year, the restaurant’s seasonal dining experience will transport guests from the bustling city streets of Buckhead to the sandy beaches of Tulum, Mexico.
“We’re so excited to be featuring the culture of Tulum as this year’s inspiration for Yebo Beach Haus,” says Justin Anthony, owner of True Story Brands. “Tulum is truly an epic beach destination, providing the perfect mix of great cuisine, beautiful ambiance, and relaxed vibes. We’re looking to re-create that in Buckhead.”
Designed by Anthony’s wife and renowned interior designer, Kelly Wolf-Anthony of Wolf Design Group, the restaurant’s transition to this year’s beach haus features a complete transformation into a coastal paradise, including a ‘seaside’ tequila bar. Rustic and authentic Mexican decor featuring vibrant colors will embody the space, creating a true oasis in the heart of Buckhead.
Guests should expect many new favorites on the Yebo Beach Haus menu inspired by the region. Featured small plates include the Queso Flamado, Grilled Pineapple Salad with mint crema, Coconut Jalapeño Ceviche, and the Castacán “crispy pork” tacos, while the large plates include the Duck Mole Negro, Seafood Paella, and a Carne Asada with tostones. The drink menu pairs perfectly with the flavors of the Yucatan, featuring a global wine selection and cocktails designed to be easy sippers for long summer days, such as the Oaxan Last Word, which includes a pineapple-infused mezcal, luxardo maraschino liquer, green chartreuse and lime, as well as the Tommy’s Style Margarita and an extensive list of craft tequila and mezcal.
As the only fully-transformed pop-up in Atlanta, Yebo draws inspiration for each transition from premier beach and ski destinations located around the globe to deliver a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
