Music Monday: Do It Big, Tritonal, The Motet, Caleb Hawley, and Riot Ten

Flipping ominous raps into club-thumping electro, Do It Big comes correct on their New Noise debut “Payback.”

Hailing from Minsk, Belarus, Do It Big has a passion for delivering heavy deep sounds, pulling influences from bass house, future house, g-house, techno, and trap. Since forming in March of 2018, the duo’s consistent stream of quality releases (“Damn,” “My Mind,” “Stereo Life,” “Blood Virus”) has led to an onslaught of global DJ support, including Oliver Heldens, Bingo Players, BROHUG, Don Diablo and countless others. Arriving on New Noise with their first release of the year, Do It Big is looking forward to an even bigger 2019.

Tritonal kicks off 2019 strong with the release of their new anthemic single “Easy.” Delivering a heavy dose of Chad and Dave’s house-infused signature sound, “Easy” is a brilliant euphoric song and gives fans another taste of their upcoming U & ME album.

Coupled with a sublime vocal delivery from RYANN, “Easy” is an ode to Tritional’s traditional progressive sound that has been sculpted since the duo’s inception. Emerging UK artist Kapera appears on Enhanced for the first time with his work on “Easy,” and brings a spine-tingling original sound to the track. Fans will know RYANN for her past collaborations with acts including The Chainsmokers, 3LAU, Yellowclaw, Nervo and more.

As The Motet prepares for the release of their latest studio album Death Or Devotion on January 25, the Denver-based funk and soul ensemble have released their new single, “Highly Compatible.” The upbeat, disco-inspired song about falling in love, the album’s opener, hinges on an unshakable riff and raucous refrain upheld by sizzling sax.

“It’s like that beautiful moment of falling in love where you recognize something as supremely real-life magic,” shares Lyle Divinsky (vocals). “Harry Potter couldn’t conjure a better spell. It’s the magnetic nature of the chemistry. We captured that chemical recognition.”

New York-based, Minneapolis-born singer, songwriter, and producer, Caleb Hawley is thrilled to share his new single “A Minute of Your Love.”

The new single is the third as a  preview to his new album coming out later this year. Last year he released two other singles, “Just Want to Be Loved” and “We Could Use You Round Here.”

Establishing himself as one of the hottest rising stars in dubstep, Riot Ten released an onslaught of spirited pit anthems via his Dim Mak EP Hype or Die: Genesis. The official Remixes package sees Basstrick, JayKode, INF1N1TE, Blunts & Blondes, A.M.C, Bailo, andEffin provide thrashing alternative takes, continuing to push the limits of bass music.

The “Hype or Die” producer conquered 2018, performing for massive audiences at Coachella, Nocturnal Wonderland, Lost Lands, Electric Zoo, Bass Canyon and several other festivals. Riot Ten also traveled the world, embarking on headlining tours throughout North America, Asia, and Australia, supporting the pair of Dim Mak EPs he released last year, Hype Or Die: The Dead and Hype or Die: Genesis. Genesis served as one of Riot Ten’s most celebrated releases to date, with YourEDM proclaiming, “This is what dubstep should sound like.”
