Music Monday: Man Cub, Elysian, Vale, Larkins, Francis On My Mind, and GEO & GLD

Enhanced Music rising-star Man Cub shares his latest single “Good Enough” featuring passionate vocals from Swedish songwriter JEN. The single is featured on the album Impressions, on Tritonal’s imprint.

Following up on previous singles “Worth It All” with Tritonal and “Wrong To Let You Go” with APEK, The Albuquerque based DJ steps up to the plate yet again with “Good Enough.”

ilan Bluestone, Maor Levi, and Emma Hewitt are Elysian: an exciting new progressive trance trio comprised of three trance heavyweights.  Released in April 2020, Elysian’s debut ‘Moonchild’ was adored by fans and signaled the arrival of a bold, new voice in the scene.

VALE is a fiercely talented vocalist and songwriter from Barranquilla, Colombia. Drawn to music at an early age, VALE began performing when she was just 6 years old in her school choir. By her early teens, she had found inspiration in American pop and R&B music, and began writing songs of her own.

Produced by Heavy Mellow (Halsey, Jaden Smith), VALE’s debut single, “be somebody,” is out now. The commanding yet introspective track is an ode to self-confidence that finds VALE coming into her own as a pop artist.

Following the release of their huge new single “Are We Having Any Fun Yet?”, rising Manchester band Larkins unleash a viral, fan-based video that taps into quarantine culture as well as the growing excitement around them.

In just the few weeks it’s been out, “Are We Having Any Fun Yet?” – co-written and produced by Dan Nigro (Finneas, Conan Gray) and mixed by Andrew Dawson (Kanye West, Childish Gambino) – has seen the band’s profile rise further, with support flying in from both the UK and the USA.

For her second release, “Never Be the Same,” 16-year-old Romanian electro-pop act Francis On My Mind continues her musical journey delving deeper into the realms of melancholic dance music.

Produced by Yin Creatif of the acclaimed Romanian electronic act Golan, the song adopts a hazy retro chill sound suffused with a dreamy intimacy, recalling the early work of Lana Del Rey, The Weeknd, Toro Y Moi, Chromatics and Blood Orange. “Never Be The Same” is the perfect soundtrack of the imperfect lives we’re living nowadays.

Rising producers GEO & GLD make their New Noise debut with “Do It Like This,” an uptempo track that seamlessly combines hard dance drops with trap and breakbeat influences.

Hailing from Long Beach, CA, GEO began experimenting with music production at the young age of 13. Since then, he has morphed into one of hard dance’s most intriguing producers. This year, he has released several tracks including “Fire” on Yellow Claw’s Barong Family label, as well as “Dreams” on Basscon Records.
