The Atlanta Hawks have acquired center Duop Reath (Dw-AHP Reath) and two second-round draft picks from the Portland Trail Blazers in exchange for forward Vit Krejci.
Reath has appeared in 32 games with the Trail Blazers during the 2025-26 season, averaging 2.9 points and 1.2 rebounds in 8.1 minutes of action. In 146 games (20 starts) across his three-year career, he owns averages of 6.2 points and 2.6 rebounds in 13.3 minutes.
The 6-9 center has five seasons of international playing experience, suiting up for FMP Beograd (2018-20), KK Crvena Zvezda (2020-21), Illawarra (2021-22), Qingdao (2022-23), and Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut (2022-23). He became a Serbian League champion and Adriatic League champion in 2021 with KK Crvena Zvezda.
Born in South Sudan but raised in Australia, Reath was a member of the Australian Men’s National Team for the 2020 and 2024 Olympics, earning a bronze medal in Tokyo (2020) and teaming up with Hawks guard Dyson Daniels in Paris (2024). He appeared in 64 games (58 starts) across two collegiate seasons at Louisiana State (2016-18), recording 12.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks in 25.9 minutes (.527 FG%). Prior to LSU, he played two seasons at Lee College in Baytown, Texas.
In 46 games (eight starts) during the 2025-26 season, Krejci is averaging 9.0 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in 22.3 minutes. He has appeared in 184 games (46 starts) across five NBA seasons, averaging 6.4 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 19.4 minutes of play.
