Vicetone introduce their latest remix of Bob Marley’s “Is This Love” available now for free download. Building off the reggae classic, Vicetone display their production skills, injecting distorted vocals that sit perfectly atop percussive beats and piano instrumentation. Evoking a warm familiar feeling, the duo’s dream-like rendition is suitable for any listening scenario.

Vicetone says, “Remixing Bob Marley was one of the most exciting and challenging projects thus far for us. Our goal was to have this legendary track appeal to today’s dance music community, while keeping the feel and emotion of the original song alive. It’s a track that works well at a big festival, in a club, or just for casual listening purposes and that’s why we are very happy with it! We have felt so much support from our fans lately that we wanted to give something back with this free release.”

Vicetone, composed of Ruben and Victor, was a masterpiece in the making since the two childhood friends from Groningen dreamed of one day playing their music to crowds of thousands. Only three years since the creation of Vicetone, the Dutch duo has already made the DJ Mag Top 100 poll three years in a row, performed on multiple tours all over the world at internationally renowned clubs including Ushuaia Ibiza, Ministry of Sound London and Pacha NYC as well as festivals such as TomorrowWorld, Ultra Music Festival and Electric Zoo, and released multiple Beatport Top 10 charting singles.

In 2014, the pair’s hit “United We Dance” was not only a go-to festival staple, but was featured as the official after movie anthem for Ultra Miami. 2015 was a standout year for Vicetone with wildly successful releases including “Follow Me,” “Nothing Stopping Me,” and “I’m On Fire.” 2016 is already off to a great start with the Beatport Progressive House #1 single “Pitch Black” via Spinnin’ Records.
