Tyler Perry returns to the Fox Theatre with the announcement of the one-time-only event, HIGHER IS WAITING – A CONVERSATION WITH TYLER PERRY on Sunday, Nov. 12 at 3 p.m., which will explore Higher Is Waiting, an intimate book of inspiration by one of the great cultural icons of our time. In advance of the book’s Nov. 14 release, ticketed guests will receive a signed complimentary copy of Higher Is Waiting, provided by local independent bookstore A Cappella Books.
Higher Is Waiting is a spiritual guidebook, a collection of teachings culled from the experiences of a lifetime, meant to inspire readers to climb higher in their own lives and pull themselves up to a better, more fulfilling place. Tyler Perry writes of how his faith has sustained him in hard times, centered him in good times, and enriched his life.
