Just minutes from the bustling beer scene in Decatur, the City of Tucker is putting itself on the craft brewing map by welcoming their first brewery Saturday, June 2. Named after the recently-incorporated city, Tucker Brewing Company will be opening its doors for their Grand Opening from 1-9 p.m. Tucker Brewing boasts an expansive 10,000 square foot Tasting Room and outdoor Beer Garden. They will feature live music on their 600 square foot stage for the event and have local food trucks on site.

“We can’t get open fast enough!” says co-owner Ashley Hubbard. “The outpouring of community support has been incredible. The people here are really behind us.”

Tucker Brewing Company will open with three beers on tap; a pilsner, a hefeweizen, and a German-hopped red lager. The brewery’s slogan is “German-style beers, Southern Roots” and its focus is on brewing clean, classic lagers and authentic German beers.

With music, food trucks, beer, 10,000 sq. ft., and an eight-hour grand opening, this is a party you don’t want to miss.
