From the Feb. red carpet screening to closing out the 2018 Coca-Cola Summer Film Festival, Marvel’s “Black Panther” returns to the Fox Theatre big screen on Saturday, August 25 at 7 p.m. The blockbuster film will join an impressive line-up of titles aimed to entertain moviegoers of all ages, from sing-a-long versions of “Grease” and Disney’s “Moana,” to Barbra Streisand’s timeliness “Funny Girl,” to celebrating the 10th anniversary of the start to the MCU universe – “Iron Man.” Opening night film and festivities will be fit for the undead as the festival kicks-off with a 50th anniversary showing of “Night of the Living Dead” on Friday, July 27 at 10 p.m. with pre-show zombie contest and $5-10 zombie make-over stations.
Movie tickets for all showings are on sale now. Movie tickets are $10-$15 and prices will increase for tickets purchased the day of the show. Additional fees may apply. Festival attendees will feel like a movie star as they walk the red carpet into the Marquee Club Presented by Lexus for exclusive pre-show entertainment offerings, including movie-themed meet & greets, activities, and performances. Only open during select showings – “Funny Girl” (8/2), “Trolls” (8/11), “Moana” (8/25) and “Black Panther” (8/25) – the Festival Package is $40, which includes both movie ticket and club access pass. Space is limited and passes are available on a first come, first basis.
To complete the movie-going experience, film fans may also purchase Fox Theatre Movie Tours, which is only available in conjunction with the Coca-Cola Film Festival. Tour guides lead guests on a journey through the history of the Fox with a nod to its movie palace beginnings, and a behind-the-scenes glimpse of how the Fox produces the festival year-after-year. Movie Tours are $25 per person and must be purchased with a movie ticket. The following films will host movie tours prior to the showings: “Night of the Living Dead” (7/27), “Funny Girl” (8/2), “Grease Sing-a-Long” (8/23) and “Black Panther” (8/25).

Marquee Club Presented by Lexus
The Marquee Club Presented by Lexus is a great accompaniment to film festival guests with cinematic views of Atlanta’s famed Peachtree Street from its rooftop terrace. Passes allow entry into the club prior to show time and include complimentary bites, specialty offerings of adult and kid-friendly beverages and club-only experiences. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in the following pre-show activities:
- A “Funny Girl” Domaine de Triennes rosé wine & cheese tasting hosted by the Atlanta Film Society and other film experts
