Last month multi-platinum hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd announced that they will be performing two sets, halftime, and postgame, at the Atlanta Hawks’ Dec. 29 game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Now the party is getting even bigger. Slim Jxmmi, along with his real-life brother Swae Lee, will be celebrating his 27th birthday on that same night. The Hawks are offering a limited number of fans a “suite” deal to party with the pair at the game – with only 68 seats available!
To help the award-winning rapper Slim Jxmmi celebrate his 27th year, the Hawks are offering up a special $89 “Rae Sremmurd Suite Meet & Greet” deal that includes a ticket to watch the Dec. 29 game vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers in the new State Farm Arena’s popular Topgolf Swing Suite, access to a private meet and greet with Rae Sremmurd, and a spot in a group selfie with the “No Flex Zone” hitmakers, that will be posted to the Hawks’ IG account.
In addition to the “suite deal”, the Hawks Shop will be selling a limited edition, co-branded Hawks and Sremmurd hoodie that night at its in-arena locations at the holiday price of $30 and $40 following.
Rae Sremmurd, whose 2016 No. 1, mega-hit “Black Beatles” helped spawn a social media phenomenon with the “mannequin challenge”, has garnered a number of major awards, taking home both Billboard Music Awards for Best Rap Collaboration and BET Awards for Best Group. Known for their lively stage presence, the duo also counts platinum singles “Throw Sum Mo”, “No Type”, and “This Could Be Us” among their most popular songs.
