Martin Garrix is back with another single in the form of No Sleep, a beautiful track which sees him back in partnership with the amazing Bonn.

It’s the second time these two have collaborated of course, following the immense success of last year’s High On Life. Premiered by Martin and Bonn live at Tomorrowland 2018, the track has had 140 million streams on Spotify and Apple Music combined, with the video picking up a further 104 million.

 

QUIX captures the essence of strength and redemption on Dim Mak single “Stronger.” Featuring controlled vocals from Elanese, the Kiwi producer slow burns silky pop melodies into rich waves of future bass and brooding trap drops.

Following the release of his hit EP Illusions in 2018, QUIX returns to Dim Mak with his first banger of 2019. “Stronger” showcases QUIX’s ability to weave hypnotic instrumentation through various genres, creating a divergent masterpiece of alluring drums and chimes that make this track come alive. The New Zealand native brings in vocalist Elanese, known for her astonishing performances on music competition TV programs The Four and X Factor, to complement his stellar sound design.

 

The highly anticipated single ‘The Move’ from environmental activist musical collective Trapdoor Social has been released! The indie rock band have a record of fundraising and activism supporting sustainability, producing outdoor solar-powered concerts around the US. The infectious track is inspired by the idea of a growing movement of people who want to leave the world better than they found it. With funk-fuelled guitars, impassioned vocals and a contagious chorus the single is perfect for our weekly Music Monday roundup.

With its origins in a college environmental studies program, the band Trapdoor Social has a record of fundraising and activism to promote sustainability. Starting in 2015 the band branched off from the usual mix of club/radio/college shows and began producing outdoor, solar-powered concerts and events around the US, including Sunstock Solar Festival, which takes place in Los Angeles annually. Their other projects combining music with activism have benefitted Homeboy Industries, Mesa Ridge High School, and Kids Cancer Connection.

 

Nicky Romero teamed up with singer/actress Olivia Holt (currently lead role in Marvel’s “Cloak and Dagger” as Tandy Bowen / Dagger) on the newest single “Distance”. In addition to that Nicky Romero has just announced his Las Vegas residency for 2019 at Hakkasan Group venues (Hakkasan, Omnia).

Meet the Fuzz Gospel band, Dr. Joe. Today, Dr. Joe is thrilled to share their debut single, “Tell Your Mother.”

“Tell Your Mother” was produced by Vance Powell(four-time Grammy Award-winning record producer) whose credits include Jack White, The Raconteurs, White Stripes, Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, Chris Stapleton, etc. and recorded at his famed Sputnik Studio in East Nashville. This is the first single from their debut album due in September.
