Atlanta United returns to action Saturday night against expansion side Nashville SC at Nissan Stadium for the third meeting between the two clubsThe match will be televised on FOX Sports South at 8:30 p.m. ET and transmitted on Sports Radio 92.9 The Game and La Mejor.

  • Since joining MLS in 2017, Atlanta holds a 5-2-2 record against expansion sides, outscoring their opponents 22-7.
  • Atlanta has won both previous meetings against Nashville, most recently with a 2-0 victory at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Aug. 22
  • Atlanta has defeated a team three times in a single season three times across MLS, MLS Cup Playoffs and U.S. Open Cup play, however just once during the regular season (Orlando City SC 2018).
