Atlanta United announced it has signed Peruvian defender Luis Abram from Granada CF through the 2026 season. The club also announced it has sent midfielder Edwin Mosquera on loan to Defensa y Justicia of the Argentine Primera División for the 2023 season.

Abram will occupy an international roster spot pending receiving his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) and P-1 Visa. The 26-year-old center back has made 257 career club appearances across stints in Peru, Argentina, Spain, and Mexico, registering 11 goals and seven assists.

Mosquera, 21, joined Atlanta United last summer from Deportivo Independiente Medellín. He made 12 appearances, including one start, last season for Atlanta. The winger recorded his first assist in MLS on Aug. 21 in a 2-2 tie against Columbus Crew. Mosquera added a second assist in a 4-2 win against Toronto FC later in the season.
