Atlanta United 2 today announced the team’s 2024 preseason schedule. It will host a total of five matches at the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Training Ground in Marietta, Georgia while playing one match away in the run-up to the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro season.
The team’s first preseason friendly will take place on Feb. 4 against Georgia Revolution FC. On Feb. 10, ATL UTD 2 hosts Charlotte Independence before facing Greenville Triumph SC one week later (Feb. 17). Atlanta will follow that up with a matchup against FC Cincinnati 2 on Feb. 25.
The final two preseason fixtures see ATL UTD 2 host Chattanooga Red Wolves SC on March 2 before traveling to Huntsville, Alabama to play Huntsville City FC on March 8. All matches at the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Training Ground will be closed to the public.
ATL UTD 2 opened its preseason with its first training session today, while the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro regular season schedule will be announced at a later date. ATL UTD 2 will once again play all its regular season home matches at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
