London-based producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Will Dorey, better known as Skinshape, shares the gently buoyant, emblematic new single “Lover,” the third song from Skinshape’s 11th studio album, Chapman’s Pool, due for release October 30th on Lewis Recordings. The album is named after a local cove near where Dorey grew up on the south coast of England in Dorset, a place with no vehicular access, mostly frequented by local fishermen and the occasional tourist. Previous singles from the album, “The Blade Of A Knife” and “Take It As It Is” have received considerable support from KCRW, KEXP and BBC 6.

Jahan and Yasmine, the sisters behind electronic duo Krewella, and daughters of Pakistani, Lithuanian, and German heritage, arrive at the most introspective and emotionally expansive chapter of their careers with their fourth studio album, Peak. Instead of celebrating a single moment of success, Peak challenges the notion that such a destination even exists for them. The album’s concept is rooted in their realization that life is not measured by one defining summit but by a process of evolution, where every perceived high, setback, and reinvention is appreciated along their journey. This perspective extends beyond Krewella’s own story.

TJ Minor joins forces with Taylor Barber on “Hollywood Crashout,” an electric pop-rock single about burning out from pretending, caught between the mask that gets you in the room and the self it’s slowly costing you. Co-written with Taylor Barber (Left to Suffer) and Jesse Lee Ha user/Hush (Bring Me The Horizon), who also produced, the track is released with an official visualizer.

Fat Nwigwe releases “QUEEN [THE WHACK VERSION],” a reimagining of her solo debut featuring Tierra Whack, pairing two fearlessly original artists in one bold collision of sound and vision. The accompanying video, directed by Tobe Nwigwe and Chris Lowe, brings Fat’s signature salmon-colored world to life through surrealist fashion, movement, and color as she and Tierra share the frame.

Singer-songwriter Alisan Porter releases her powerful new album, PORTER, out now on all platforms. The fifth studio album of her career, PORTER is her most personal body of work to date: ten songs conceived as The Ten Commandments of PORTER, a roadmap for surviving the middle of a life.

PORTER continues the introduction of Porter’s self-described “Perimenopop” era—a collection of soulful, witty, and emotionally honest songs inspired by womanhood, motherhood, reinvention, and the freedom that comes from fully owning your voice. The album begins with grief and ends with grief. Everything in between is about how we live.
