We had the opportunity to get a tour of the W Residences downtown (maybe you saw some of our pictures on instagram already) but WOW, just WOW is all that can be said! I’ve always wanted to see the residences since the building itself is so appealing.
Downtown Atlanta continues to enjoy substantial growth and both homeowners and developers recognize the opportunity to capture the value in the resurgence. Recently, Regent Partners and Post Properties have secured additional parcels in Allen Plaza for future development, and projects including the National Center for Civil & Human Rights, the College Football Hall of Fame and the Atlanta Streetcar are moving forward.
