Bentley unveils their 2014 Flying Spur in style as the court off part of Phipps Plaza
On Friday, July 19th, Bentley Atlanta unveiled the new 2014 Flying Spur at Phipps Plaza in Buckhead. In the crosshairs of the Gucci store and the escalators nearby, Bentley Atlanta courted off a large area in white drapes in anticipation for an energetic crowd anxious to see the new 2014 lineup. Bentley Atlanta had a white 2014 Flying Spur and a red Continental GTC present for guests to sit in and experience the luxury. A large number of guests appeared for this invitation only event which included a showcase by Breitling, a DJ, complimentary spirits, and too many photo-ops to count. Among the guests, we spotted a few familiar faces in that of Bobby Valentino, Young Jeezy, and Big Tigger just to name a few.
Every seam in the A-Grade leather is individually sewn. Every layer of veneer is lacquered and polished by hand. The entire cabin, from the wood and the leather to the architecture that supports the car’s digital technology has been fitted by hand.
While the 6 litre W12 engine can propel the new Flying Spur from 0-60 mph in 4.3 seconds and on to a top speed of 200 mph, the environment inside remains one of absolute calm – not least because of the specially designed sound proofing installed in the floor and the doors.
Offering serene limousine comfort, in combination with phenomenal performance, the new Flying Spur is born of the belief that nothing is impossible; that the twin objectives of power and luxury can, if relentlessly pursued, be achieved.
