Realizing a continued passion for honest, garden-to-plate cookery, celebrated chef Linton Hopkins and wife and co-founder Gina will unveil a new, dynamic partnership with the Atlanta Botanical Garden premiering a refined garden restaurant set to open in late-spring 2016. One of only a handful of restaurants in the world housed in a Botanical Garden, Linton’s in the Garden will debut as a jewel in the renowned garden grounds and will be helmed by executive chef Jason Paolini.

A tenured member of the Resurgens Hospitality Group family since June 2009, Paolini boasts experience behind the kitchens of Restaurant Eugene, Holeman and Finch Public House and H&F Burger. A New Orleans, La., native, Paolini’s more than 17 years rooted in fine dining have helped fortify his relationships with local farmers and bring to the forefront of his tantalizing, artistic plates the delivery of fruit, vegetable and animal.

Linton’s in the Garden will feature an exclusive collection of Dale Chihuly paintings on public display, one of only two Atlanta destinations featuring Chihuly artwork. The complete exhibit, marking the 40th anniversary of the Garden, will be revealed to Garden guests and members on Saturday, April 30, with an unrivaled view into the glass walls of Linton’s in the Garden, in addition to the exclusive sculptures throughout the Garden.

Architecture and interior design gurus Perkins+Will spearheaded the design, reconcepting the space into an inviting, internationally inspired destination, visually linked to the Garden. The space features expansive transparent windows with views overlooking the Garden and an open-air rooftop. Guests of the Garden can look forward to afternoons of sipping high tea, cocktails with breathtaking rooftop views and special events hosted in tandem with the spring and summer seasons.
