‘Star Wars and More: The Music of John Williams’ comes to Peachtree City on June 18

the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (ASO) announced the return of the hit cinematic program Star Wars and More: The Music of John Williams coming to the Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater (The Fred) in Peachtree City on Saturday, June 18, 2022. This family-friendly symphonic event will feature the popular works of renowned composer and conductor John Williams. The concert will highlight his beloved film scores from Star Wars, Harry Potter, Jaws , and more, all performed live by the ASO. In past years, the ASO has showcased Star Wars and More: The Music of John Williams at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in Alpharetta, delighting thousands of fans, both young and old. This year, the ASO will branch out and bring this popular film score program to The Fred in Peachtree City. 

To experience the true power of the force, attendees are encouraged to dress up in their favorite Star Wars (or similarly themed) attire or costume. After all, there’s no better way to enjoy the show when “The Imperial March” starts playing on stage.

The Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater, commonly known as The Fred, has been a staple of the Atlanta metro area for more than three decades. The 2,500-seat amphitheater hosts performances by top national touring acts and favorite regional and local bands. The Fred offers an intimate, open-aired concert-going experience unlike any other.
