MAX’s Wine Dive, Midtown’s newest spot for top-notch dinner dining, celebrates the season with holiday lunch service. Beginning Monday, December 1, and continuing through Thursday, December 18, executive chef Patric Bell-Good will put his creative touch on MAX’s Wine Dive’s signature dishes with his debut limited-time lunch menu offering a variety of small plates, salads, sandwiches and more.

MAX’s Wine Dive’s exclusive midday offerings will be available Mondays through Thursdays, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Highlights include chicken liver pâté served with pumpkin butter, sourdough and gherkins and prairie fire chili and cornbread with aged ground beef, roasted peppers and homemade corn bread. For a lighter meal, guests can add MAX’s Wine Dive’s famous fried chicken breast to the wedgeCaesar or wilted baby kale salads. Staying true MAX’s Wine Dive’s mantra of serving “gourmet comfort food,” chef Bell-Good introduces pulled chicken BBQ with collard greens and fried onions on a brioche bun served with house-made chips (we’re getting hungry already!).

In addition to exclusive holiday lunch hours, MAX’s Wine Dive continues its popular brunch service every Friday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests are invited to dive into $3 mimosas and enjoy chef Bell-Good’s sweet new plates such as red velvet pancakes and fried green tomato benedict.

If you haven’t tried MAX’s Wine Dive before, now you have an excuse to go. The perfect time to try something new during lunch hour in the middle of the holiday season. If you see us there, it will probably be with a helping of that pulled chicken BBQ 😉
