Nashville’s alternative rock band, Future Thieves, are thrilled to share their new music video for their single “Dark Spin.” “Dark Spin” is off of Future Thieves’ Self Titled album, to be released on September 7th. The video was directed by Preston Leatherman.
The lead singer Elliot says, “The video for Dark Spin was inspired by an actual event that took place in 1964 outside Nashville. It’s a story about a mom who was overcome with jealousy of her daughter and is believed to have killed her while she was home from college. There was a big cover-up and a lot of speculation as to who did it. We adapted it a bit to fit a theme for Dark Spin and even roll over to our next single Prom Night and it’s video.
