Following the release of his heartfelt single ‘Pray’ with British pop sensation Conor Maynard, Brazilian superstar DJ Alok takes a different direction for his second release of the year. Teaming up with Australian DJ Timmy Trumpet for a mind-blowing collaboration, ‘Metaphor’ is out now via Spinnin’ Records.

Setting the mood with a bold vocal piece, the track seamlessly blends the duo’s production styles together, leading to two epic and unique drops. Masterfully crafted by two of the world’s most in-demand producers, ‘Metaphor’ is a mighty production that is set to light up dance floors with its larger-than-life energy.

Rising from Miami’s legendary music scene, Cuban born producer and DJ, Maahez is quickly proving to be a name music fans need to watch. His single “Bring Me the Fire” went viral and launched his career on the fringes of today’s bass music movement, and his mashups and remixes have won fans over around the world. His latest release, “Papeles” features up and coming Spanish singer, songwriter and guitarist Alej, Puerto Rican trap pioneer Larry Over, Dominican-American singer, songwriter, dancer, and Miami music scene mainstay Yashua — who was also a breakthrough on the singing competition La Banda — and Honduran trap and dancehall talent Menor Menor, who counts Latin music stars like Farruko among his list of past collaborators.

Combining elements of tropical house, reggaeton and hip hop, “Papeles” is a bouncy, sensual delight reminiscent at times of names like Major Lazer, Drake, and Fuego. It comes along with a music video shot in the vibrant Magic City, Miami.

Iconic English electronic music band The Prodigy is poised to take over North America this May with its first headline tour in ten years. The Prodigy will combine solo headline shows in Dallas, New Orleans, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Boston and New York City with main stage performances at some of North America’s finest heavy music festivals including Welcome to Rockville, Epicenter Festival, Sonic Temple and Chicago Open Air. Tickets for solo headline shows are on sale Friday, February 8th at 10 AM local time via theprodigy.com.

The tour announcement coincides with the release of The Prodigy’s new single ‘We Live Forever;’ a track that brings together Keith and Maxim (plus a killer Ultramagnetic MCs vocal hook) over a sinister ascending riff that keeps coming at you, before erupting into a violent energy only Liam Howlett knows how to bring.
