Rhymesayers rapper, singer, and producer Grieves releases a new single and video, “I’ll Be Better” (feat. JAGA). Over a halting, half-time beat, Grieves delivers a melancholy reflection on the tropes of heartbreak, letting go of the old and making room for the new. “I’ll Be Better” returns to what drew Grieves to hip-hop in the first place, and has since become his signature style—truthful and relatable storytelling. Directed by Justin Frick, the music video follows Grieves on a surreal march to a psych ward.
A year after David Guetta and Brooks combined in powerful force on Like I Do comes the duo’s next collaborative effort, Better When You’re Gone. Written in partnership with New York singer-songwriter duo Loote, it’s another phenomenal piece of work from this dream pairing. It’s an entirely new song and did not feature on his album 7 that dropped back in September.
This new single kicks off another huge year for David Guetta, with his upcoming residency at Wynn in Las Vegas in April and May, plus headlining Ultra Music Festival in Miami. Meanwhile, 7 has sold over two million copies and the video for Say My Name has picked up over 250 million views in just two months.
This is Above & Beyond at their rawest, channeling the vitality of classic trance instrumentation into a track that manages to simultaneously be brutish and beautiful. Debuted during the band’s sold out Group Therapy 300 celebrations in Hong Kong, an attuned listener might hear a nod to the sounds of the Far East in the breakdown.
Featuring both ‘Original’ and ‘Club’ mixes of three tracks that were part of the journey towards ‘Common Ground’, the band’s 2018 album which debuted at Number 3 on Billboard’s Album Chart last February. Above & Beyond’s ‘Common Ground Companion EP’ includes ‘Flying By Candlelight’ (feat. Marty Longstaff), ‘There’s Only You’ (feat. Zoë Johnston) and ‘Distorted Truth’. The release is available on a limited edition vinyl press with the full digital package dropping on March 29th.

Braving her way through the electronic music scene, Godlands brings heroic spirit on her Dim Mak war-cry “Valour,” featuring BOI. The single landed in Spotify’s New Music Friday AU & NZ playlist and received world premieres via Triple J and RunTheTrap. Mixing future bass melodies and heavy-hitting trap drums, the Australian producer keeps you on your toes throughout this vocal banger.
Following months of performances, Godlands continues to raise more chaos with new single, “Valour.” The track is an organic progression of sound design which encapsulates the producer’s trademark prowess and majestic precision. Last year, Godlands and Dim Mak started their journey with a killer fusion of trap and bass via “2 Clips.”
