Canadian indie rock trio, Close Talker is thrilled to unveil announce their new album, How Do We Stay Here, to be released August 30th. The new single, “The Change It Brings” is out now.
The band describes the song as, “Time is universal and the only currency we all share. No matter what the situation, everyone is shaped by time. It can change us for the worse, or for the better, but at one point or another, all of us will have to face the force of time. This song, along with our new album, is us trying to wrestle with time.”
Nashville Indie Rockers, The Pressure Kids’ debut self-titled EP, is out now. The EP as a whole is a uniquely definitive statement, one that reveals exactly where the Pressure Kids have been, and exactly where they’re going.
Since forming as college freshmen in the fall of 2013, they’ve survived lineup changes, deceptive ex-managers, sexist industry advisors, and saw each other through breakups, makeups, promotions, and graduation dinners. Through every up & down, every moment of triumph & turmoil that inevitably comes with the coming of age, Nick, Allan, Katy, Justin & Zach have always connected over their love of songs that make you feel something.
With a singular voice that will stop you in your tracks, British guitar siren and dynamic songwriter Joanne Shaw Taylor will be unleashing her new album in the U.S. where audiences have been discovering her formidable talent that has already blazed a path of overseas acclaim. Reckless Heart will be out on May 17th.
Throughout her career, Joanne has won over fans such as Steve Wonder, Joe Bonamassa (whose band played on Joanne’s 2016’s UK Top 20 hit album Wild), Foreigner (whom she opened for at venues like Royal Albert Hall) and Annie Lennox (with whom she performed in front of Buckingham Palace for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee concert in 2012).
Rising producer, composer, and vocalist, Big Wild (aka Jackson Stell) has just released the music video for “City of Sound,” the magnetic single from his highly anticipated debut album, Superdream (released February 1, 2019, via Counter Records).
“City of Sound,” the fourth single off of debut album Superdream, which has amassed over 9 million streams on Spotify alone, finds Big Wild expanding his world of sound as he crafts hills and valleys of increasingly lush production, and for the first time in his career, he’s the voice guiding the listener on their musical journey.
Europa have today unleashed their debut single ‘All Day And Night’, featuring popular US singer Madison Beer. Europa is Jax Jones and Martin Solveig: two friends who also happen to be multi-platinum artists (with over 4 billion combined streams), pushing each other to investigate musical avenues they’d never explore on their own.
Europa is club-focused pop music and pop-focused club music. Europa is friendship. Europa is a larger-than-life explosion of unexpected combinations, total freedom, unexpected twists and bridges not walls. Europa is the phrase ‘stronger together’ brought to life in vivid colors.
‘Don’t Give Up On Me’ is a flawless aggregation of both artists’ (Lucas & Steve, Armin van Buuren) styles as they move towards the slightly lighter side of the dance music playing field. Lucas & Steve’s instantaneously recognizable melodies are flooded throughout the three-minute release as they host a sedative male vocal over a lively house instrumental to aptly ignite the arrival of spring. All three producers proceed to shine brightly on the chorus-led house drop for a blissful production that is a sure-fire lock for both radio airwaves and DJ performances this summer.
“Armin’s music inspired us a great deal back when we were young; we’ve both got some of his music on vinyl back at home. So, naturally, we thought it was super cool to finally produce a track with him that really merges our respective sounds. We’re very proud of this song!” – Lucas & Steve
Multi-platinum-selling DJ and producer, Dillon Francis dropped his highly-anticipated new single, “Change Your Mind,” a collaboration featuring iHeart Radio’s Best New Alternative Rock Artist of the year, platinum recording artist, lovelytheband. The track is available now for digital download and streaming across all major music platforms. This unique collaboration between Francis and lovelytheband has stirred excitement amongst fans of both artists in anticipation of the single release.
The release of ‘Change Your Mind’ is the perfect lead-in as Dillon prepares to take the stage as a headliner at the 2019 Coachella Music Festival in Indio, CA in April. This will mark Francis’ fourth time taking the stage at the prestigious festival, his debut was in 2013.
NGHTMRE brings one of the most anticipated releases to date. For the brand new “REDLIGHT” he’s teamed up with the hip-hop artist A$AP Ferg. The single just has been released via Ultra Records along with a great music video featuring both artists as leaders of a post-apocalyptic gang of resurrected rebels.
Through his meticulous, earth-shattering productions and equally electrifying live sets, NGHTMRE has taken his spot as one of the leading bass producers in the scene. The Los Angeles based artist has been ubiquitous for the past several years through a slew of successful releases, from 2015’s instant hit “Gud Vibrations” to collaborations with Wiz Khalifa, PnB Rock, Ghastly, Dillon Francis to his recent “Save Yourself” single with The Chainsmokers.
Step forward Doctor P – the Circus chief himself is here releasing “Death Anxiety,” out now on Circus Records. His first single since the epic “Something To Believe In,” Doctor P is laying slasher film sonics over brutal bass.
A track so cinematic, it was surely made for IMAX. The bass legend has just remixed “No Escape” for Ganja White Night and Dirt Monkey, as well as having his own classic “Bulletproof feat. Eva Simons” remixed by none other than one of the most exciting talents in bass; Chime.
A Brilliant Lie, an explosively-energetic alternative rock band from Orlando, FL unveil their new release, Threads: Weaver. “Five diverse and talented musicians that make magic as one,” (Metal Nexus), the band are touring relentlessly across the US and working alongside reputable producer, James Paul Wisner (Paramore, Underoath, Hands like Houses), on their collection of EPs.
The quintet is currently endorsed by Paul Reed Smith Guitars, Ernie Ball, Strymon Engineering, Seymour Duncan, and Intune Guitar Picks and appeared at this year’s NAMM convention. “From the moment you hit play, A Brilliant Lie takes you on a journey through pain, fear, acceptance, and the fight for something better.
