Music Monday: Steve Augeri, 24hrs, Willis, Tinlicker, and Volbeat

Former Journey lead vocalist and songwriter Steve Augeri just released his long-awaited single, “If You Want”, the debut from his upcoming LP Seven Ways ’Til Sunday through Hi-Hat Records and Coney Island Cowboy Songs.

Steve’s recognizable and powerful vocals soar over the song, building into a memorably epic chorus where he sings “If you want to be loved, open your heart up to me.” The song is an homage to the classic rock of the 70s and 80s with a modern take.

Acclaimed rapper/producer 24hrs signs with Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak Records. His new single “Plus 1” features Nasty C on the track.

Indie Rock band, Willis is thrilled to release their new EP Locals 4 which is available now. The band says, “It’s based on the saying ‘good things come to those that wait’ but oftentimes, waiting is the hardest part.”

With psychedelic soundscapes, a touch of indie, alternative blues, and surfer rock, WILLIS wears authenticity fastened on their sleeves. WILLIS creates music not just for aural enjoyment, but to also deeply resonate and connect with.

Distinguished Utrecht-based duo Tinlicker (Micha Heyboer and Jordi van Achthoven) are proud to release their second studio album ‘In Another Lifetime’ via independent record label Anjunadeep. The album follows the release of ‘Be Here and Now’, ‘You Take My Hand’, ‘Just To Hear You Say’, and ‘Healing Forest’, which have been championed by the likes of Pete Tong, Diplo, Gary Jamze, and John Digweed, along with tastemaker stations such as BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM, and SiriusXM.

Volbeat shares their new lyric video for “Heaven’s Descent” from their new album  Servant of the Mind. Ghost and Volbeat are currently on tour.
