Music Monday: 3 Are Legend, Bhaskar & rrotik, Todd Stucky, Bok Nero, and Nicky Romero & Afrojack

The tune, “Pump It Up,” was initially released in 2004 by Belgian producer Danzel and reached the top 10 in more than 10 countries, peaking at number 11 on the UK Singles Chart.

The iconic trio, 3 Are Legend (comprised of superstars Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Steve Aoki) teams with Tujamo, Jaxx & Vega, and Black & White Brothers to deliver a fresh rendition of the beloved house track.

Bhaskar & rrotik’s new single, “Coming Down,” is out now on Alok’s CONTROVERSIA. “Coming Down” is a groovy vocal house piece.

Bhaskar previously worked with Alok, Yves V, Moguai, Dubdogz, and more and
had releases on such labels as Spinnin’ Records and Armada Music.

Todd Stucky graduated with a computer science degree from ASU and has no background in music. Over the past few years, he got into producing EDM tracks and almost immediately fell in love. His top influences include The Neighbourhood, Rufus Du Sol, Elderbrook, TWO LANES, Hayden James, Odesza, etc.

Shedding light on toxic relationships and unrequited love, “Toxic Rain” was a cathartic writing experience for Bok Nero who typically dislikes talking about his feelings. While talking about his feelings is challenging, making music about them comes more naturally to Bok. While questioning himself “why do I invest so much into these relationships to the point I feel empty when it’s over?” – Bok found closure in his own situation, while also creating a healing song for the listener with “Toxic Rain.”

Nicky Romero and Afrojack’s first collab ever, “Back To Where We Started” is out now on Protocol. They have known each other for many years and have remixed each other’s music four times so far, but this is the first time they actually joined forces on their original single.
