Music Monday: Au5, Danny Singh, David Solomon, Eli & Fur, Dan Bailey, and Steve Brian

Au5 continues to light a fire in the dance music world in 2021, building on the success of singles ‘Happy Where We Are’ and ‘Was It You’ with this slick new offering. ‘Make You Cry’ sees the New Jersey producer recruit LA-based singer / songwriter RUNN, who’s vocals with their shimmering melodies and sentimental lyrics bring ‘Make You Cry’ to life, over stunning production from Au5 who’s one-of-a-kind sound is as exceptional as ever.

Danny Singh is excited to announce his debut EP Ozone Park. It’s a genre defying journey of a humble kid from Queens who is coming of age during uncertain times as told through music and a unique visual concept. The listener will sonically experience a fusion of punk, electronic r&b and hip hop. The story of being the underdog, adjusting to drastic changes, alongside paving a lane to success. #ozonepark is the soundtrack of Danny Singh’s life.

DJ/producer David Solomon has teamed up with 3x Grammy award-winning songwriter, producer, and OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder for the new progressive house smash “Learn to Love Me.” Self-empowering lyrics echo out from Ryan Tedder, while David Solomon’s production carries listeners on a fun and hopeful journey. The uplifting track comes just in time for summer, as friends will finally reunite in the warm days to come.

Eli & Fur delve profoundly into their songwriting roots with ‘Carbon’ – the latest single derived from their dual-part conceptual album ‘Found In The Wild.’ Split down the middle into two distinct halves – ‘Found’ and ‘In The Wild’ – the album shows both sides of them as artists and songwriters which are contrasting yet complementary, grounded in their pop production background but with a dark electronic bite.

Providing powerful commentary on the current state of the world, the acoustic reggae-inspired track touches on many of today’s social imbalances and injustices. Casting a light on those turning a blind eye to inequalities and the effects of climate change, Dan Bailey invites us all to open our eyes and operate with greater awareness and compassion.

We’re delighted to bring you the Steve Brian remix of Taylor Torrence and Natalie Major’s ‘If We Say Goodbye’. Joining the previously released first-rate remix from Rodg, Steve Brian’s remix is hard-hitting and energizing, an impeccable take from the German producer who continues to impress with every release.
